Filing a Discrimination Complaint

If you believe that West Detroit Urgent Center PLLC (DBA Fast Med Medical Center) has failed to provide these services or discriminated against you, you may file a complaint within 180 days of the alleged incident. You can file a complaint in person, by mail, fax, or email.

Retaliation Prohibited

West Detroit Urgent Center PLLC will not retaliate against anyone who files a complaint, testifies, assists, or participates in an investigation, proceeding, or hearing related to discrimination.
